🔥 Big jerk flavor, no barbecue required

These jerk chicken drumsticks deliver bold, warm spices with just the right amount of heat, all made effortlessly in the air fryer. The skin turns beautifully golden, the meat stays juicy, and the spice blend clings to every bite. It’s intense, aromatic and incredibly satisfying, without firing up the grill or heating the whole kitchen.

🍗 Spicy, juicy and perfectly balanced

This jerk spice mix does all the heavy lifting. Thyme, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, cayenne and brown sugar come together to create a deep, layered flavor that’s spicy but never overwhelming. After a short rest, the chicken absorbs everything, then caramelizes during cooking for drumsticks that are flavorful right down to the bone.

🔄 Air fryer, oven or grill, your choice

This recipe is designed for the air fryer, but it works just as well in a regular oven when cooking for a crowd, or on the barbecue when the weather allows. No matter the method, the result stays the same: bold, hands-on, party-ready chicken.

🍽️ How to serve them at their best

Serve these drumsticks with plain rice, a fresh salad or a crunchy coleslaw to balance the heat. Add a cold drink, place the platter in the center of the table and forget the cutlery. These are meant to be eaten with your hands.
