Here is an asian peanut sauce that’s worth trying. It is a ”must” for the spring rolls and legendary in my peanut chicken recipe!

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Tamari soya sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup unsalted and skinless roasted peanuts

Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and reduce to a puree for about 10 seconds. Do not over blend, we want to keep a nice texture!
