Our sommeliers suggest
Château de Pocé Touraine Sauvignon Blanc 2013
Sauvignon often shows citrus notes, and even hints of anise that will easily take care of this pairing.

Saison Blanche, 5.5%
Sutton Brouërie
Brewed with coriander and lemon zest, Saison Blanche will echo the citrus in my fresh fennel, orange and black olive salad. This dry farmhouse beer carries on the anise of the fennel and stands up to the saltiness of the olives. It wakes up the orange wonderfully. Perfect as a starter, with a little olive oil.
