Our sommeliers suggest
Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough
South Island, New Zealand
This sauvignon blanc from New Zealand, Oyster Bay, is fruity and lively, with notes of citrus and fresh herbs. In this salad it finds the mint, the parsley and the chives, and its acidity meets that of the lemon zest and the cider. The crunchy cucumber and the creamy mayonnaise stay light. A patio salad, a glass in the other hand!

Miss Ghost, 4.5%
La Pêcheresse
A creamy salad with cucumber and tomato is fresh but still coated. The lactic acidity of a gose slips into the cream like one more splash of vinaigrette. Its salt wakes up the tomato, and at 4% it lasts all afternoon on the patio table.
