10 slices of bread baguette about 1.5cm thick
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon herbs of Provence
1 pack (150g) goat cheese, unripened

Preparation

Preheat the oven at 400°F.
In a bowl, combine the oil with the herbs of Provence. Season with salt and pepper then stir well. Place the bread on a cooking pan and baste them with the oil mix on both sides.
Cut the goat cheese in slices and place on the croutons.
Put in the oven and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the croutons are lightly golden!
