  • 10 slices of bread baguette about 1.5cm thick
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon herbs of Provence
  • 1 pack (150g) goat cheese, unripened

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven at 400°F.
  • In a bowl, combine the oil with the herbs of Provence. Season with salt and pepper then stir well. Place the bread on a cooking pan and baste them with the oil mix on both sides.
  • Cut the goat cheese in slices and place on the croutons.
  • Put in the oven and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the croutons are lightly golden!
