A highly drinkable white Bordeaux that is fresh, surrounded by citrus and freshly cut herbs… Summer salad mode…Nothing more comforting than goat cheese croutons while enjoying some hot soup or a nice grilled piece of meat. Put that in your mouth and let me know what you think!

Ingredients
- 10 slices of bread baguette about 1.5cm thick
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon herbs of Provence
- 1 pack (150g) goat cheese, unripened
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine the oil with the herbs of Provence. Season with salt and pepper then stir well. Place the bread on a cooking pan and baste them with the oil mix on both sides.
- Cut the goat cheese in slices and place on the croutons.
- Put in the oven and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the croutons are lightly golden!
