- 4 big tomatoes, diced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 2 big garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried origano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- A pinch pepper flakes
- Ground pepper

- In a sauce pan at medium heat, add the olive oil and cook onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Add the white wine and continue cooking 1 minute.
