Our sommeliers suggest
Willm Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg de Barr 2022
Alsace, France
The Willm Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg de Barr, an Alsace white made from riesling, has that citrusy zing that refreshes like a squeeze of lemon. With sweet melon and salty feta, it walks the tightrope: it keeps the fruit's sweetness light, lifts the saltiness of the cheese, and follows the mint and basil around the plate. A patio white, nicely chilled. See the product
Pup Tarts Framboise, HopEra, 5%
This raspberry sour beer is bright and tart, a nice aromatic boost for a salad that is already all about freshness. The sweetness of the melon and the richness of the feta soften its acidity. The raspberry in the beer and the fresh basil also make a lovely little pair. Great for lunch on the patio when it's too hot to cook! See the product
