Asian peanut sauce

Preparation :10 min Cooking :--

Here is an asian peanut sauce that’s worth trying. It is a ”must” for the spring rolls and legendary in my peanut chicken recipe!

  • 3 tablespoons Tamari soya sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted and skinless roasted peanuts

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and reduce to a puree for about 10 seconds. Do not over blend, we want to keep a nice texture!
