Preparation

  • Preheat the oven at 350°F.
  • In a big cooking tray, spread the Tostitos then throw the salsa everywhere.
  • Pour the chili but mostly in the center, in order to still have some crunchy Tostitos around!
  • Add the olives then cover with cheese like it’s your last day on earth. Mozzarella first then sharp cheddar after.
  • Cook in the oven for about 8-10 minutes then BROIL until cheese is nice and golden! Remove from oven and garnish with green onions. Serve with salsa and sour cream!

Our sommeliers suggest
Domaine de l'Idylle Mondeuse 2013
I love Mondeuse from Savoie! A grape with peppery accents and a tender texture. The kind of wine you drink watching the game, with nachos! See the product
Le Brigantin, Le Naufrageur
A homemade chili on nachos is fat, salt and heat stacked in the same bite. The amber ale with chili peppers carries on the warmth instead of putting it out, and its caramel malt softens the heaviness of the melted cheese and sour cream. The tray empties fast when the beer keeps up. See the product
