Our sommeliers suggest
Domaine de La Charmoise Touraine Gamay
Loire Valley, France
This Loire gamay, with notes of cherry and strawberry, is a light red that's good served almost chilled. Its freshness cuts through the fat of the bacon and the sharp cheddar, and its fruit holds its own against the smoky mayo and the Portuguese sausage without being flattened. A patio wine, perfect for a hot dog eaten standing up, mustard on your chin!

WEIZEN, VROODEN, 5%
A German-style sausage calls for a German-style beer, it's as simple as that. The weizen brings banana and clove that follow the sausage, and its fizz carries through the smoked mayonnaise and the sharp cheddar. No need to wait for Oktoberfest.
