Ingredients
- 4 fresh croissants
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Splash of brown rum
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- Maple syrup
Preparation
- In a big bowl, combine the eggs, milk and rum then wisk.
- Melt about 1 teaspoon in a pan at medium-high.
- Dip your croissants into the mix and gently press on them to remove air from inside. Keep them under the liquid a little so they absorb some of it.
- Add the croissants in the pan, along with a splash of the mix on top and cook about 4-5 minutes or until golden. Turn around and repeat with the splash and the cooking time.
- Serve with a good quantity of your favorite syrup and cover with fresh fruits!

Our sommeliers suggest
Michel Jodoin Rosé sparkling cider
A rosé sparkling cider elaborated from a variety of apples that have pink flesh named ''Geneva'', simply delicious at brunch time!
See the product
Saison Framboise, Dunham
Who says croissant says jam! Dunham offers a slightly acidulous beer with intense raspberry notes that will match with the rum and maple of the croissants. The acidity of the beer will cut the excess sugar of the croissants ... to take another bite!
