Our sommeliers suggest
Stout à l'avoine, Pit Caribou
Niederösterreich, Autriche
This Irish-inspired stout has intense aromas of chocolate, roasted and coffee. Aromas of coffee and chocolate have a lot in common with grilled asparagus, prosciutto and grilled sesame. This smootness of this beer, brought by the oast, will contrast with the crunchiness of prosciutto.

Joma Muskateller Halligalli 2020
Niederösterreich, Autriche
Produced by Markowitsch Wines, this wine is superb. Made from 100%Muscat, it presents beautiful tannins present but flexible, perfect on white cold meats like the prosciutto. It is a wine of great freshness which is characterized by herbaceous and bitter notes which will be able to fit wonderfully with this dish.
