Asparagus and prosciutto rolls with grilled sesame seeds

  • 32 minis asparagus, tail removed
  • 10 slices of prosciutto
  • Olive oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Ground pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven at 400°F.
  • In a bain-marie, lightly blanch the asparagus for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool down for 5 minutes.
  • Group together 4 asparagus and roll a prosciutto slice around, in diagonal, in order to cover them as much as possible. Repeat for the rest of the asparagus.
  • Place in a cooking pan and drizzle a small amount of olive oil over them. Generously sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with ground pepper.
  • Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until prosciutto is lightly crispy!
