Our wine stewards suggest

+- 15$ L.A. Cetto Petite Sirah

Let's get you out of your comfort zone by suggesting a wine from.... Mexico! It has some pepper notes along with raspberry jam.

+- 30$ D'Arenberg The Galvo Garage 2009

The Arenberg house counts along the best producers from Australia. This one is a blend mostly made of cabernet and merlot. It's good, comforting and flavorful, just like a chili...

MacTavish, Trou du Diable

This American pale ale offers notes of caramel, cereals and citrus fruits that will be be paired well with stewed meat and chili spices. The slight bitterness and slight residual sugar will balance with the spicy taste of chili.
