Our sommeliers suggest
Château de Pocé Touraine Sauvignon Blanc 2013
Sauvignon often emits notes of citrus and aniseed that will easily take care of this pairing…
See the product
IPA Américaine des Appalaches, Pit Caribou
The anise taste of fennel and the fruity taste of orange will be enhanced by this IPA with notes of resign, orange and greenery. The bitterness of the beer will be balanced by the bitterness of fennel and black olives. Then, you will taste the residual sugars of the beer that will bring more tenderness to this salad.
