By Sarah Apéro / This version of the negroni is deliciously festive, without distorting the classic cocktail too much. Although you can now buy pomegranate all year round in most grocery stores, it’s particularly juicy in November and December, making for incredible cocktails.

Ingredients
- 1 oz bitter liquor (Amer Amer by Les Spiritueux Iberville)
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz red vermouth (Domaine Lafrance Rouge Gorge)
- 3/4 oz de grenadine syrup (Sirop de grenadine Monsieur Cocktail)

Preparation
- Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
- Stir with a bar spoon.
- Strain into a glass.
- Garnish with a pomegranate wedge and serve.
