By Sarah Apéro /// I’ve used one of my favorite amarettos, Amoretto di Wabasso, to make you the world’s best matcha latte. The amaretto gives it an almond flavor and I add a pistachio cream. The result is as good as it is beautiful, just be careful not to turn “nuts” 😉!

Ingredients
- ½ tsp – Matcha
- ½ cup – Vegetal milk
- 1 oz – Cremaglace Pistache
- 1 oz – Amoretto di Wabasso
- 3 – Pistachios for garnish

Preparation
- Dissolve the matcha in the vegetal milk and pour the mixture into a glass.
- Add ice cubes, Pistachio Cremaglace and Amoretto di Wabasso.
- Sprinkle matcha powder on top, garnish with shelled pistachios and serve.
