Valentine has notes of cherry and cocoa, halfway between cherry blossom chocolate and black forest cake. I suggest a more chocolaty, dirty version of the classic amaretto sour: Amaretto smores!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz – Amaretto Valentine
- 1 oz – Lemon juice
- ¼ oz – Simple syrup
- 1 pinch – Cocoa
- 1 dash emulsifier (https://alambika.ca/fr/products/ms-betters-bitters-vegan-foamer-4oz)
- Smores for garnish

- Shake all ingredients with ice cubes.
- Strain into a glass and serve.
