A classic ham and macaroni salad, this really gives me the summer heat! It’s simply and never gets old. I’ll soon publish my girlfriend’s version!

Ingredients
- 375g macaronis
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 1 1/2 cup celeri, cut in half then finely sliced
- 1 1/2 cup carrots, cut in half then finely sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cut in cubes
- 1 1/2 cup cooked toupie ham, cut in cubes
- A big handful fresh Italian parsley, coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Provence herbs
- About 7 tablespoons mayonaise ( or more to taste )
- Salt and ground pepper
Preparation
- In a big sauce pan filled with salted boilling water, cook the pasta al dente as per instructions on the box. Pour in a strainer, rince with cold water and drain well.
- Throw the pasta in a big bowl, add the rest of the ingredients then stir well.
- Place in fridge for about 25-30 minutes to allow the flavors to work their magic! Fix seasonning if necessary.
