Our sommeliers suggest
Château le Puy Emilien 2019
France
Château le Puy Emilien is an aromatic, soft red from France, blended from merlot, cabernet sauvignon and carmenère. Next to fresh goat cheese with its gentle tang, and toasts with olive oil and herbes de Provence, a soft red won't dry out your mouth or bully the cheese, so that little tang stays the star. An easy move for casual entertaining.

Bière de Balcon, L'Espace public
Fresh goat cheese has its own lactic acidity, and the raspberry sour lands right beside it. The fruit acts like a raspberry vinegar poured over the cheese, and the bubbles lighten the toasted crouton. A starter put together in five minutes that looks like effort.
