If you’re looking for a simple, effective recipe for a quick weeknight supper, this air-fried pork tenderloin will become a must-try! This piece of meat is often underestimated, but with the right marinade and controlled cooking, it becomes incredibly tender and juicy.

The air fryer cooks the meat quickly and evenly, while adding a beautiful caramelization thanks to a well-balanced blend of spices. In this recipe, brown sugar, smoked paprika and aromatic spices create a savory crust that naturally enhances the flavor of the pork.

As well as being delicious, this recipe is also ideal for busy evenings: with a preparation time of just 5 minutes and a cooking time of around 15 to 20 minutes, your meal is ready in no time. Pork tenderloin pairs perfectly with a fresh salad, grilled vegetables or mashed potatoes. And if you’re short on time, a 24-hour marinade before cooking will enhance the flavors even more.

Another advantage: the air fryer doesn’t heat up the kitchen like a traditional oven, and reduces the use of fats. The result is a lighter dish, without compromising on taste. Are you ready to wow your family with an ultra-tasty, juicy pork tenderloin? Follow this easy, tried-and-tested recipe!

📝 Tips for the best air fryer pork tenderloin

Adjust the temperature: Some air fryers heat more than the indicated temperature. If yours is powerful (like the Ninja Dual Zone), adjust to 350°F (175°C) to avoid burning the meat.

Coat the meat well: For a flavorful crust, massage the spices well onto the pork tenderloin after brushing it with olive oil.

Obligatory rest: Leaving the meat to rest under aluminum foil after cooking allows the juices to redistribute well, ensuring a tender, juicy tenderloin.

Perfect cooking: If you prefer a well-cooked pork tenderloin, continue cooking to 150°F (65°C), but be careful not to overcook to prevent it from becoming dry.

❄️ Preserving and freezing

🧊 Refrigeration:

Store cooked pork tenderloin in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat gently in a 300°F (150°C) oven or microwave with a little water to prevent drying out.

🧊 Freezing:
