The best air fryer pork tenderloin
- 1 pork tenderloin (570 g to 800 g)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) brown sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) smoked paprika
- 1 ½ tsp (7 ml) salt
- 1 tsp (5 ml) ground mustard
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) onion powder
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) ground black pepper
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil

Preparation
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients (except oil and pork tenderloin) in a bowl.
- Brush pork tenderloin with olive oil, then coat with spice mixture.
- Place pork tenderloin in the air fryer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C) for pink cooking.
- Remove from air fryer, place on a plate and cover with aluminum foil. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
