The best air fryer pork tenderloin

  • 1 pork tenderloin (570 g to 800 g)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) smoked paprika
  • 1 ½ tsp (7 ml) salt
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) ground mustard
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) onion powder
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Mix all ingredients (except oil and pork tenderloin) in a bowl.
  • Brush pork tenderloin with olive oil, then coat with spice mixture.
  • Place pork tenderloin in the air fryer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C) for pink cooking.
  • Remove from air fryer, place on a plate and cover with aluminum foil. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
