By Sarah Apéro /// The Bloody Caesar was created in Canada, but I’ve chosen to take it on the road with an Asian sesame version. It’s also a lighter version because sake has less alcohol than vodka.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz – Sake
  • 1 – Dash Sriracha sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 – Dash sesame oil
  • 2 – Dash W sauce
  • ½ oz – Lemon juice
  • 5 oz – Mott’s Clamato
  • Sesame seeds for the rim

Preparation

  • Moisten the side of a long glass and frost with sesame seeds.
  • Pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Stir with a bar spoon and serve.
