As you probably already know, I literally fell in love with Atypique sparkling drinks. Low in sugar, tasty like heaven and alcohol free! To impress them, I decided to create a mojito-style marinade for these grilled chicken thighs !!! Watch out life!

Ingredients
- 700 g boneless and skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup Atypique mojito drink
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 bunch of fresh mint, leaves only
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Preparation
- Place the chicken in a large airtight bag and set aside.
- Pour the rest of the ingredients into a high-rimmed dish, generously season with salt and pepper and blend using a mixing arm. Pour half the marinade over the chicken, toss and seal the bag, removing as much air as possible. Reserve in the fridge for 3 hours. Reserve the rest of the marinade in the fridge as well.
- Preheat the BBQ to maximum power and reduce to medium power. Oil the grills.
- Drain the chicken and place on the grills, making sure the thighs are fully unfolded. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until the meat is cooked, basting generously with the fresh marinade. Turn halfway through cooking. Cut into slices and serve immediately!

Klur Tête en l'air 2021
France
Produced by Élisa Klur, this wine composed of 80 % riesling, Pinot Noir at 10 %, Gewurztraminer at 5 % and Muscat at 5 % is a real treat. Endowed with an ingaling, dry, sparkling, it stimulates the taste buds and the senses. On notes of little cherry not ripe, exotic fruits, mushrooms, and citrus, it expresses a beautiful complexity, and offers a pretty texture in the mouth that makes it salivate. Very interesting with this dish, specifically to reach the notes of the Mohito while being an appropriate wine for white meat.

Le Soir et les Choses, 5%
11 Comtés
IPA type beer, it was flavored with fir shoots! Bold agreement certainly but supposed however. The fir shoots added to beer will indeed offer fresh aromas that will gladly like with the mint of the recipe. The acidity of the beer combined with citrus aromas conferred by the hops will be found in the lime juice of the marinade. Press a little lime on chicken at the service to strengthen the agreement with this tangy beer.
