Maple and mead gin sour

By Sarah Apéro /// The maple season is finally here, and it’s the perfect opportunity to make yourself a nice little maple cocktail. I suggest a gin sour, sweetened in a distinguished way with a 100% Quebec-produced mead, Hydromel Érable et Miel by Miel Nature. The result is stunning.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz – Gin
- 1 oz – Honey Maple Mead
- 1 oz – Lemon Juice
- 1 – Egg white
- 1 pinch – Maple sugar
Preparation
- Moisten the side of a glass and frost with maple sugar.
- Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Strain into cup and serve.
