Preparation

  • Preheat the oven at 500°F.
  • Roll dough and put on a cooking pan greased with butter or margarine. You can also use a pizza stone or a screen to cook it.
  • Add a drizzle of olive oil on the pizza ( about 2 tablespoons ) and spread evenly, even on the side crust!
  • Spread the garlic then sprinkle the dough with Italian spices to taste.
  • Fill the pizza with cherry tomatoes then cover in parmesan cheese! Pepper to taste then throw in the oven and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust is nice and golden. You can also end the cooking by cranking the oven at broil, for a couple of minutes, to give an extra golden color to the cheese, if necessary!
  • Remove the pizza from the oven then garnish with the fresh origano before serving!

Our sommeliers suggest
Alain Lorieux Chinon Expression
Loire Valley, France
Alain Lorieux Chinon Expression is a fruity, generous red from the Loire Valley made from cabernet franc, a fresh grape with red fruit and a touch of green herb. That freshness answers the sweet tang of the cherry tomatoes, and the red fruit picks up their roasted side. Parmesan and oregano do the rest. Serve it lightly chilled! See the product
Session IPA de Lesseps, Pit Caribou
Cherry tomatoes that burst in your mouth and a session IPA that bursts too: same energy. Its tropical fruit and citrus wake up the fresh oregano and the salty parmesan. At 4%, you can drink it while the second pizza bakes. Enough bite that the parmesan doesn't coat the palate. See the product
