Our wine stewards suggest

+- 15$ Borsao Rosado Seleccion

With a fresh recipe like that, we take out the rosé! I love the Borsao house, always good quality at decent price. A rosé that has a register reminding us of strawberry and flowers!

+- 30$ Mara Ripasso 2014

A superb Valpolicella ripasso from the Cesari house with subtles tannins and a fresh side that will go perfectly with the tomatoes. We serve lightly chilled and we enjoy the last days of summer!

La Blanche de Prato, Pit Caribou

This white Belgian-inspired beer offers flavors of lemon, wheat, coriander and pepper that will bring fruity notes to these rolls. Its pronounced effervescence will bring even more freshness to this summery pairing.
