There simple but so amazing these little maple cocktail sausages! I used Scotch Ale maple beer by the Beluga brewery to add a luxury kick. Thank god for sugar shack season!

Ingredients

  • 550 g small cocktail sausages
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup Scotch Ale maple beer by Beluga brewery (or other similar beer)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients and mix.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the liquid is thickened. Pour into a bowl and serve!
