Maple cocktail sausages

- 550 g small cocktail sausages
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup Scotch Ale maple beer by Beluga brewery (or other similar beer)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients and mix.
- Bring to a boil, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the liquid is thickened. Pour into a bowl and serve!
