There are so many ways to perfume a risotto… I love this version with Italian sausages, dried tomatoes and arugula. The kind of recipe that is relatively easy to achieve and that will impress your guests every time!
*Note : Risotto is good when al dente : tender outside and slightly firm inside. You might not need all the broth to achieve the required cooking.
A nice and easy weekly wine that will pair well with this amazing risotto because of it's spicy and smoky notes. The mouth is round and smooth, with a nice character as a finale, that will charm the most demanding wine amateurs... especially at this price !
Subtle bouquet of spice, citrus notes, aromas of yeast breads, coriander, and cloves. Wheat and subtle spices blanketed in citrus flavors reminiscent of orange and lemon. Suggested glass : Footed flute.
