Our wine stewards suggest

+- 25$Artezin Zinfandel 2015

The Zinfandel from Artazin, a fire wine ... for these chicken drumsticks! Tannins wrapped on a slightly smoky nose and herbal spices. Confied fruits, with a beautiful and fresh finish that ensures a nice balance. The perfect marriage of texture and spice for the honey and Sriracha!

IPA du Nord Est, Boréale, 6%

Real aromatic bomb, this IPA from Boréale offer powerful aromas of exotic fruits and citrus fruit backed by a frank bitterness. The notes of mango and grapefruit of beer will melt with the aromas of ginger while the bitterness will be balanced by the sweet honey of the recipe. The spice of the Sriracha will soon be forgotten by the bitterness of beer that will make you want to get your fingers dirty!
