Our sommeliers suggest
Domaine Milan Luna et Gaia 2019
France
Produced by the great Henri Milan, this orange wine made with 40% Roussanne, 40% Grenache blanc and 20% Rolle is characterized by lovely notes of white flowers, apricot, fennel, and southern French fields. It is dense and expressive, but still digestible. Its tannins are supple and the texture is ample. With a bitter finish, it's the perfect wine for smoky, cheesy dishes like this. See the product
Double Clément, 7.5%
La Fosse
Tangy and saline beer, it was embellished with ginger and clementine. It will offer aromas of powerful citrus and ginger, supported by notes of wheat and alcohol. The aromas of citrus and ginger will come to please themselves with the coriander and the cumin of the tacos. The acidity of the beer will recall that of the yogurt of the sauce while these notes of alcohol will end up in the heat of the spice. A thirsty beer, despite its percentage of alcohol, which will easily support the aromas of the tacos without distorting the flavor of the shrimp. See the product
