Limonade (pitcher)

  • 1 cup – Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¾ cup – Sugar
  • 5 cups – Water
  • 10 – Figs
  • 6 – Rosemary sprigs

Gin-limonade

  • 2 oz – Gin
  • 5 oz – Fig and rosemary lemonade

Preparation

Lemonade:

  • Using a pestle, crush the figs and rosemary in a pitcher.
  • Pour in all other ingredients.
  • Stir with a bar spoon.

Gin-limeade:

  • Add gin and serve over ice.
