Our sommeliers suggest
Champagne Tarlant Zero Brut Nature
Champagne, France
This champagne composed of 34 % Pinot Meunier, 33 % Chardonnay and 33 % Pinot Noir is characterized by notes of honey, almonds, brioche and apple. With a vinous, generous and gourmet style, and a crunchy and lively acidity, it makes salivate! Wonderful with little chocolate pleasures, he will form a supreme and very interesting agreement with this chocolate bacon.

Biscotti Impériale Choco-Café, 11.1%
Beauregard
Here is a beer that the dish will accompany! Strong chocolate and coffee beer, it will offer a rich and deep texture dominated by cocoa and coffee. Let the beer warm then dip the chocolate bacon in it! A most pig digestive.
