Our sommeliers suggest
Berliner Weisse Camerise et Herbes Boréales, 5.6%
Riverbend
Acidulent beer with boreal ginges and spices, it will offer you tannic flavors of small bays, blueberries, cassis and camerose, as well as a slightly firing finish. Its lactic acidity as well as its aromas of berries will resonate with the recipes of milkshake by finding the notes of berries as well as the lactic of ice cream, milk and whipped cream. A straw in each glass to have a combined sip !!
