  • 4 boneless chicken breasts of equal size
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) onion powder
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) dried thyme
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground black pepper
