Air Fryer chicken breasts

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts of equal size
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) onion powder
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) dried thyme
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil and spices to form a paste.
  • Generously brush chicken breasts on top.
  • Place breasts in Air Fryer basket in a single layer, without overlapping.
  • Bake for approx. 18-20 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing, so that the juices redistribute and each bite is ultra-tender.
