Air Fryer chicken breasts
- 4 boneless chicken breasts of equal size
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 2 tsp (10 ml) onion powder
- 2 tsp (10 ml) garlic powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml) dried thyme
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) smoked paprika
- 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground black pepper

Preparation
- Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil and spices to form a paste.
- Generously brush chicken breasts on top.
- Place breasts in Air Fryer basket in a single layer, without overlapping.
- Bake for approx. 18-20 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing, so that the juices redistribute and each bite is ultra-tender.
