This recipe is not my invention of course, but after testing it, it is amazing! Who doesn’t like eating the good old Big Mac from times to times? I DO! Especially after a night drinking. But, I don’t trust their ingredients that is why I prefer making it at home. This hamburger is so good that you won’t believe it!

In burger mode, we don't get too complicated. It requires a fresh red like this assembly of gamay and pinot noir.
On the fruity side, one of the best burgundy under 30$ available at the SAQ, and super easy to find as well. Take a couple, you won't regret it.
