Nothing could be simpler than these fondue sauces. Toss everything in a bowl, mix and enjoy! Here we are talking about a curry mayonnaise, a mustard and honey one, a ketchup and smoked paprika one and an orange and sriracha one !

Mustard and honey mayo

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Ketchup and smoked paprika mayo

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian spices
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Orange and Sriracha mayo

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Finely grated zest of 1/2 orange
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon grain mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Provence herbs
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Curry mayo

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped French shallot
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, put the ingredients for the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper and mix. Serve with the fondue!
