1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon Italian spices
Salt and pepper from the mill

Orange and Sriracha mayo

1/2 cup mayonnaise
Finely grated zest of 1/2 orange

Preparation

In a large bowl, put the ingredients for the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper and mix. Serve with the fondue!
