Homemade shish-taouk
- Preparation 1 h
- Refrigeration 24 h

- Freezing I do not suggest
In my opinion, nothing beats a solid homemade shish-taouk with garlic sauce and pickled turnips. You will love !!! Obviously, the process is a bit long than ordering it on Uber. On the other hand, the result is crazy stiff. Believe me, you MUST whip this up 24 hours in advance for the ultimate flavours !

Our sommeliers suggest
Blanche au Citron, 4.5%
L'Hermite
Belgian influence beer with coriander seeds and lemon zest, it will offer you pepper notes, fresh bread, orange and lemon. The citrus notes of the recipe will vibrate with the lemon of the marinade or the garlic sauce. The coriander seeds of this white will naturally be found perfectly with the spices of the recipe. To the thin texture and the sustained effervescence, it will be most refreshing. A shish in one hand, a beer in the other!
