The Espresso Martini is famous for its creamy foam on top, created by the emulsion of fresh coffee. Although this cocktail enjoyed a resurgence in popularity in the 2010s, becoming a staple in many cocktail bars, I’m still crafting slightly naughtier versions for my tummy’s delight. This time, I’m offering you a version with toasted marshmallow, and it tastes like camping!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz – Fresh espresso
- 1 oz – Coffee liqueur
- 1 oz – Vodka
- 1 – Toasted marshmallow
- Another toasted marshmallow for garnish

Preparation
- Using a pestle, crush the toasted marshmallow in a shaker.
- Shake all ingredients with ice cubes.
- Double-strain into a martini glass, then serve.
