A hamburger at once greedy and healthy, it is possible? Absolutely ! This is the case here with this salmon burger mounted on a brioche bun and supported by a solid basil mayonnaise. The prosciutto chips will bring a very interesting salty side!

            Ingredients for the marinade
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Ingredients for the basil mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup very finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 small clove garlic, minced very finely
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Ingredients for the rest
- 4 salmon fillets (200 g each), skin removed
- 4 brioche hamburger buns
- 8 slices of prosciutto cooked slightly crispy
- Alfalfa
- 4 Slices of mozzarella cheese
- 4 small pickles

Preparation
- In a bowl, add the ingredients for the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Mix and reserve.
- In another bowl, add the ingredients for the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Mix and reserve in the fridge.
- Preheat the BBQ to full power and reduce to medium power. Add the baking sheet and heat for 2 minutes.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush with the marinade. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, basting regularly. Remove from BBQ and reserve. Toast the bread to taste.
- Build your burgers! Spread some mayonnaise inside the breads and place a salmon fillet on the bottom bread. Add a slice of cheese, followed by 2 prosciutto chips and a nice handful of alfalfa. Add the bread on top and then prick the top with a long toothpick and a small pickle!
