By Sarah Apéro /// Sold in grocery stores, HP Agave is a non-alcoholic spirit. It’s surprisingly tasty, spicy and tangy all at once. It’s produced with agave imported from Mexico and distilled alcohol-free in copper stills. Even though there’s no alcohol in this chipotle margarita, I promise it’ll make you dance.

2 oz – HP Agave
¾ oz – Lime Juice
¼ oz – Maple syrup
To taste – Chipotle hot sauce
Tajin spices

Preparation

Moisten the side of a margarita glass and frost with tajin spices.
Shake all ingredients with ice cubes.
Double-strain into margarita glass, then serve.
