Herbs from your garden are a perfect way to spice up your cocktails. Here is a good example: Thai basil flowers. These small purple flowers, which are intended to be thrown in the compost, are magnificent and very fragrant. So I had the idea of infusing them in gin and the result is super fresh and slightly bitter. All you have to do is put the flowers in a mason jar filled with gin and leave to infuse for a few days in the shade.
