  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Blanche de Chambly beer by Unibroue (or any other white beer of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped shallot
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

  • Place the ingredients for the mignonette in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Serve with your favorite oysters!
