Tomato salad with a ton of fresh herbs

  • 800g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 900g Kumato tomatoes, quartered
  • 10 chives sprigs. finely chopped
  • A large handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 20 basil leaves, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped (or less to taste)
  • 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (or more to taste)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper



  • In a large bowl, add all the ingredients then season with pepper to taste. Mix well and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Before serving, salt well and toss well! Adjust the seasoning, if necessary, then accompany with a good fresh bread baguette
