Ingredients
- 800g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 900g Kumato tomatoes, quartered
- 10 chives sprigs. finely chopped
- A large handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 20 basil leaves, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped (or less to taste)
- 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (or more to taste)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients then season with pepper to taste. Mix well and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Before serving, salt well and toss well! Adjust the seasoning, if necessary, then accompany with a good fresh bread baguette
