Sparkling eggnog with rum

Every year, he’d buy a pint on the day we put up the Christmas tree in the living room, and even though I thought it was way too sweet, it remains one of my fondest childhood memories. This year, I’ve decided to come up with a recipe, based on eggnog, that we’ll both love. The sparkling water dilutes the sweetness and makes the cocktail much more balanced.

Ingredients
- 2 oz eggnog
- 1 1/2 rum (Moonlight)
- 3 oz – sparkling water
- Whipped cream
Preparation
- Pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice cubes and serve.
