My kids and I loved this quick sweet and salty salmon recipe! On the other hand, they appreciated less when the sauce on top was too present because it is very tasty! Make sure you don’t put too much :).

Domaine Des Huards Cheverny Pure 2020
Vallée de la Loire, France
Produced by Michel Gendrier, this Cheverny composed of 85 % white Sauvignon and 15 % Chardonnay is characterized by a beautiful freshness, and notes of green apple, Bui and lemon, and expresses a stretched but swung acidity, as well as 'A beautiful bitterness in the final. A very beautiful wine for fatty fish like salmon.

Citron Pressé, 3.8%
Le Lion Bleu
German influence beer, this gose has been embellished with lemon which reinforces the inherent citric acidity in style. Additional agreement, the lemon of beer will remind you of the lemon slice that we like to press on salmon. The acidity of the beer will swing this dish between sweet and salty. All that is missing is bitterness for a total balance of flavors, then a lemon zest and voila!
