  • 800 g salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian spices
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salted herbs from Bas-du-Fleuve
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon on it.
  • In a bowl, put the rest of the ingredients and mix to form a paste.
  • Spread a thin layer of the mixture over the salmon and place in the oven. Cook for about 25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
