  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 bag chamomile tea

Chamomile syrup

  • In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and add sugar and tea bag. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Store in the fridge. (Keeps for 3 weeks)

Cocktail

  • Shake all ingredients except sparkling water with ice cubes.
  • Strain into a long glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Top with sparkling water, then serve.
