Chamomile syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 bag chamomile tea
Grapefruit & chamomile Paloma
- 2 oz – El Chapleau agave spirit by distillerie de Montréal
- ¾ oz – Lime Juice
- 2 oz – Freshly pressed grapefruit juice
- ½ oz – Chamomile syrup
- Sparkling water

Preparation
Chamomile syrup
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add sugar and tea bag. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Store in the fridge. (Keeps for 3 weeks)
Cocktail
- Shake all ingredients except sparkling water with ice cubes.
- Strain into a long glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top with sparkling water, then serve.
